Quest Ballarat Station

I had an very nice stay, with spacious and clean rooms that offered great value for my money. The location was perfect, and the staff were really good too help, especially when they safely returned a lost wedding ring.

The breakfast selection could use a few more options to choose from.

i really enjoyed the street view from the studio suite. the personnel was accommodating and excellent.

We had a fine 1 night stay. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable, kept everything reasonably clean and nice. The hotel took care of the terrific service. Besides, there was parking on site. Had central location close to local shops...

During our recent vacation, we stayed for two nights at this lovely hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness and modern design of our spacious one-bedroom suite were impressive. The fully equipped kitchenette allowed us to prepare meals, saving us money. The staff, particularly Breandan, provided excellent customer service. we appreciated the comfortable beds, stunning garden view, and the welcome note and chocolates.

I can recommend this hotel.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the Railway Station and the CBD, nice restaurants, and train station and town centre. I thoroughly enjoyed the room by phone rather than insecure internet facility, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at Quest. The staff was accommodating, allowing for early check-in and late check-out, which I appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette and a large bed that made my few nights here very enjoyable. Everything was spotless, and I felt very safe throughout my visit. To top it off, the location was ideal for my needs, and I can't thank the helpful staff enough for their support.

The breakfast felt like a surprise party - delightful and energizing! It was as if the chefs had concocted a magical morning potion. Between the tasty options and the lovely atmosphere, it made waking up early worth every second, like finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag!

quest is super clean and newly built. it's right by the train station and close to cafes and museums. loved having a full kitchen to save on meals. jay at the front desk was so friendly and helped us with our room issue really quickly.
